Description

Primary Objective:
Provide leadership and management to the centre sales team to deliver the annual sales and growth targets as defined by Head, Distribution
Responsible for SME/SMI and middle market commercial loans growth and credit quality
Drive customer acquisition, sat


Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
Develop, implement and manage the center sales plan to achieve the CBBC's target
Sales Management
Build up market share of commercial loans in respective regions
Responsible for deposits growth
Set, review and communicate sales targ

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).



Minimum 5 years of credit and marketing experience

Proven track record in marketing SME/SMI and commercial loans
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good financial and business analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
