Description

Primary Objective:

Grow the Institutional Sales business both locally and regionally through cross selling Bonds/Sukuk and structured products.

Key Responsibilities:

Help generate business to help the team meet the budget given by the Head of Fixed Income Sales.
Build relationships with existing and new institutional clients as well as business associates within the industry.
Responsible for the quality of customer relations and support services provided to the clients.
Work closely with the regional bond syndicate and debt capital market teams in identifying key investors for new transactions and for reverse enquiries.
Provide up-to-date market information or feedbacks to Regional Bond Syndicate & Head, Fixed Income Sales for their pricing committee meetings.
Work closely with other RHB Banking group staff to identify cross-selling opportunities
Exercise and maintain a high standard of professionalism in dealing with business partners and clients and strive to preserve and enhance the good reputation and goodwill of the department and Bank as a whole.

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - .

- PPKM

Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury Sales, with emphasis on Fixed Income products, in a reputable Financial Institution.

Good understanding of other treasury products.
Practical experience in Fixed Income Sales.
Good communications and presentation skills.

Good marketing approach, especially to Institutional clients and possess the ability to identify business opportunities and customer acquisition opportunities.
