Description

Primary Objective:
  • Acts as a single point of contact and serves as a consultant & business partner to Group Insurance SBS on strategic & tactical advisory & support on human resources related issues that reflects HR objectives of the organization.
  • Represent HR as manco member for RHB Insurance and member for Association of Insurance Employer
  • Supports the Senior HRBP by assessing and anticipating HR related needs, highlighting business trends in specific business, identifying any sensitive employee relations that arise or HR issues which need to be considered and factored into strategic and tactical advisory & support on HR related issues.
  • Formulates a partnership across HR functions/ specialist to ensure the delivery of integrated and value added solutions across the assigned portfolio.
  • Builds a strong business relationship, facilitating the Implementation of key and effective HR initiatives and practices across Group Insurance
  • Maintains an effective level of business literacy of the assigned business/ functional unit's financial positions, its plans, culture and competitors.

  • Requirements
    Requirements:
    Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR function of a large complex organization
  • Good knowledge of HR functions and people management approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment,
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations and personalities.
  • Tactful, diplomatic and able to work on own initiative
  • Good client relationship management
  • Good working knowledge of employment Laws
