Primary Objective:
  • Source and acquire new clients and engage high net-worth clients to provide financial advice, analysis and solutions to address their financial needs for in-country and cross border.
  • Service and grow customer base, assets and account profitability for high-net-worth individuals for in-country and cross border
  • Provide personal financial advice and on-going servicing of clients to deepen client relationship and to maximize business opportunities
  • Maintain close relationship with existing customers in order to maximize business opportunities and build up referral business
  • Manage client relationships by providing advisory services for wealth and asset management offering.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition

  • Organize, execute and participate in sales activities and programs
  • Solicit new customers or increasing product penetration in existing base to achieve and exceed Bank’s defined goals and revenue
  • Participate and support consumer sales marketing activities for customers’ acquisition and retention

Client Servicing

  • Strategize and manage client relationships by providing advisory services for wealth and asset management offering.
  • Perform ongoing servicing of HNW client accounts and identify any potential opportunities for extending basic and priority banking services.
  • Promote the Bank’s products and services       
  • Cross-sell to existing bank customers to expand customers’ share of wallet
  • Adhering to high service level    
  • Promptly attend to customer’s enquiries and other servicing matters


Compliance and Regulations    

  • Adhere to banks and regulatory requirements and uphold strong customer service experience
  • Ensure sales are conducted in accordance with the internal and external regulatory requirements 
  • Ensure all process fully complied with internal /regulatory/client requirement
Bachelor Degree - Banking/Business Administration/Economics.

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in retail banking with proven track record in sales and service of which, minimum 1-year relevant experience in Affluent / HNW Banking
  • High achiever in previous capacity with no adverse sales or service related complaints in the past 12 months
  • Good understanding of wealth management products not limiting to treasury, investment services and unit trust
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and a good team player
