Primary Objective

• Provide sales and operations support to the PRD ( 1-1 ratio ) to achieve sales target and business objectives
• Jointly drive sales with PRD and provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience
• To perform sales administrative & operational functions and ensure compliance of sales process

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide sales and operations support for PRD at a 1-1 ratio to achieve sales and business objectives
• Jointly drive sales with PRD and provide excellent customer service to enhance customers experience
• To improve on the turnaround time in terms of sales support & customer experience
• Escalate referrals where applicable 
• To ensure Sales Quality for product forms, systems and process are in order
• Attend to PRD walk-in customer and manage all simple on –boarding of NTP
• To assist in invitation & RSVP for customers’ event
• To perform all sales administrative functions and ensure compliance of sales process
• All licensing required as per PRD to conduct business on behalf to align with Bank’s requirements and guidelines
• Any other adhoc admin and operational matters being assigned from time to time
• Provide administrative and documentation support as required and ensure compliance with bank’s policies and procedures
• Liaise with PRD/ Contact customers to request for KYC information/ documentation
