Description

Analyze and assess market and provide market outlook/view to Head Fixed Income Trading on government bonds market and market development.
Formulate tactical plans and strategies to position the team and its portfolio in line with market movement, expectations and fundamentals.
Strategize plan for tendering and secondary market trading activities to meet PD matrix criteria and maintaining the Principal Dealership status.
Maintain relationship with non PD FIs and end investors and expand indirect bidders base for their support in the primary and secondary market.
To leverage on Global markets networking and expand indirect bidder and investor base for primary market tender.
Generate trading gains by undertaking calculated risks in the government bonds market.

Requirements

A degree of professional qualification from an institution recognized by government of Malaysia.
Minimum 2 years experience in Treasury & Fixed Income trading at an established financial services institution.
Successful candidates will be required to sit & pass modules for Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia Certificate (PKMC) Dealer’s license.
Strong understanding of Fixed income trading activities as well as risk management.
Strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills.
