To initiate foreclosure action and follow up upon expiry of Letter of Recall.
To initiate civil action until judgment obtain.
To resume legal action for cases under aborted R&R, repayment or no longer under AKPK arrangement.
To ensure and follow up with solicitors that they have filed summons, issue 16D, letter of Vacant Possession and request for Developer’s Consent to proceed with Auction.
To follow up and review the monthly status report and performance of the solicitors.
To ensure all settled accounts files are closed with the solicitors concerned
To ensure that Fixed Deposit pledged as security are uplifted and to commence legal action for shortfall accounts
To ensure complaints are resolved within stipulated time frame.
To ensure strict adherence to all credit policies, procedures, BNM guidelines & compliance within the stipulated time given.
Any other assignments given by the Management from time to time as the Bank may deem fit.
To meet monthly KPIs target set by Team Lead.
To escalate to team Lead for any suspicious activities in customer’s account for further investigation.
