Description

Primary Objective:

To assist TMCJ Senior Specialist in managing the daily operation requirement in addressing Global Markets customer journey.


Key Responsibilities:

Roles in Treasury & Markets Customer Journey

  • Daily operation requirement in addressing Global Markets customer journey.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end customer journey for internal Stakeholders products that has customer journey value proposition, etc
  • Strong interpersonal management and persuasion.
  • Able to help to analyse data and make/propose meaning conclusion for business acumen
Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Minimum Degree Holder with minimum 1 year of working experience.

- A PKMC Licensed Dealer Accreditation Preferred but not complusory

 

 

 

  • Minimum 1-3 years varied experience in product management

 

 

 

Strong entrepreneur with good business analytical skill, self-motivated and possess leadership building skill.

  • Able to work under pressure to deliver target or deadlines set by superior.

A team motivator with mature and hardworking skill that is able to lead a team to achieve the goals of the Department
