Primary Objective:

To exceed budget and report/support the Head to meet the department’s KPIs
To lead a dynamic team and to retain talent
To provide the best CF solution for clients in a timely and efficient manner

Key Responsibilities:

To help the marketing efforts of the Head to secure mandates
Coordinate effectively with various internal departments to execute mandates
To ensure work undertaken by the team is of the highest quality and does not fall foul of any regulatory or legal requirements and internal rules and compliance requirements
To build a strong CF team and to develop the capabilities of each CF team member
Nurture relationships with clients and regulators
To ensure the efficient and proper running of the team
Lead manage the execution of mandates
To recruit talent of the highest quality
To ensure talented CF officers are retained
To protect the reputation and integrity of the department, the Investment Bank and the Group
To ensure amounts owing by clients are collected on a timely manner

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).

Minimum 10 years of CF experience

Good planning, management and organizational skills
Innovative and analytical
Driven and passionate of his/her profession
Good presentation skills
A track record of Leadership
A keen interest in the activity and development of the capital markets, especially in Malaysia
Excellent knowledge of the capital market’s rules, requirements and regulations
Knowledge in all products offered by CF
Networking capabilities with customers/regulators
