Description

Primary Objective:
  • Lead, manage and maximise returns of branches business franchise
    • Increase PBT & MOP of delivery channels and cost management
    • Grow market share and increase share of customer’s wallets (increase PHR)
    • Drive customers acquisition, improve customers retention and customers experience
    • Franchise positioning and market competitiveness
  • Support business development of RHB Group entities (RHB Islamic, RHB Investment, RHB Insurance and Others)
  • Ensure compliance of policies, procedures & service standard (RHB Way) set by the Bank

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Plan & strategise branches activities / campaigns to drive market shares and portfolios growth
  • Business planning and budgeting for branches business franchise – franchise positioning and competitiveness
  • Keep abreast of local market developments, take actions to capitalise business opportunities and mitigate threats
  • Plan, allocate and organise branches resources
  • Provide feedback to Regional Director on branches market competitions, economic landscape, local opportunities and threats
  • Represent Bank for local events and activities – Local Municipal Councils, schools, universities and others

 

Business Performance

  • Manage branches revenue and cost to achieve PBT/MOP
  • Strategise, lead and drive teams to achieve sales targets and performance
  • Ensure delivery channels compliance to Audit, Risk & Compliance standards and policies
  • Manage customer and operational services at delivery channels to ensure consistency and compliance to service standards – RHB Way, Customer Satisfaction Index and others
  • Drive cross selling and up-selling activities to improve PHR
  • Engage and support business development of Islamic Banking, Investment Banking, Insurance and other RHB Group businesses

 

Staff Management

  • Engage, motivate and coach staff to up performance and productivity
  • Improve EES index
  • Staff training and development needs
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - .

- Professional credit certification or banking certification


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, branch management and credit evaluation (consumer and corporate)
  • Proven track record in meeting sales target and managing large-scale sales force
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive GRD/GRB strategic objectives to achieve targets and goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
