Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Plan & strategise branches activities / campaigns to drive market shares and portfolios growth
Business planning and budgeting for branches business franchise – franchise positioning and competitiveness
Keep abreast of local market developments, take actions to capitalise business opportunities and mitigate threats
Plan, allocate and organise branches resources
Provide feedback to Regional Director on branches market competitions, economic landscape, local opportunities and threats
Represent Bank for local events and activities – Local Municipal Councils, schools, universities and others
Business Performance
Manage branches revenue and cost to achieve PBT/MOP
Strategise, lead and drive teams to achieve sales targets and performance
Ensure delivery channels compliance to Audit, Risk & Compliance standards and policies
Manage customer and operational services at delivery channels to ensure consistency and compliance to service standards – RHB Way, Customer Satisfaction Index and others
Drive cross selling and up-selling activities to improve PHR
Engage and support business development of Islamic Banking, Investment Banking, Insurance and other RHB Group businesses
Staff Management
Engage, motivate and coach staff to up performance and productivity
Improve EES index
Staff training and development needs
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor Degree - .
- Professional credit certification or banking certification
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, branch management and credit evaluation (consumer and corporate)
Proven track record in meeting sales target and managing large-scale sales force
Strong business acumen and ability to drive GRD/GRB strategic objectives to achieve targets and goals
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
