Description

Primary Objective:
Operates as a key team member who through initiatives and an understanding of the business and its issues, is able to provide ongoing executive support to the Head of SBS/SFS.


Key Responsibilities:

  • PA/EA Responsibilities: Coordinating all meetings, action items, compiling reports, and arranging engagements/town halls, as well as following up on outstanding emails.
  • Administrative Support: Providing assistance as an admin person for this Group Management Committee member’s office.
  • Document Preparation: Helping to compile presentation slides and other necessary documents.
  • General Support: Assisting with HR matters and external liaison tasks.
  • HR System Delegation: Acting as a delegate on certain HR functions as well as relevant emails.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
  • Skills: Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Organization: Well-organized and proactive.
  • Learning: A willingness to learn new things.
