Description

Primary Objective:

•    Lead, manage and maximise returns of the Region’s business franchise
-    Increase PBT & MOP of delivery channels and cost management
-    Grow market share and increase share of customer’s wallets (increase PHR)
-    Drive customers acquisition; improve customers retention; and customers experience
-    Franchise positioning and market competitiveness
•    Support business development of RHB Group entities (RHB Islamic, RHB Investment, RHB Insurance and Others)
•    Ensure compliance of policies, procedures & service standard (RHB Way) set by the Bank

 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and develop effective marketing strategies and activities to achieve the Retail & Corporate Business KPIs for regional branches.
  • Lead and manage branches under supervision to achieve KPIs.
  • Manage and enhance on-going relationship with the IUTAs, RHB Group Channel for UT and PRS sales.
  • Manage and enhance on-going relationship with corporate clients and business partners.
  • Conduct and participate in business partner’s product training, workshops, seminars, roadshows, market chats and tea talks to enhance business relationship.
  • Plan and Conduct regular visitation to IUTA branches to update products and encourage sales
  • Foster excellent rapport with business partners for UT, PRS and Institutional referral.
  • Manage and supervise daily operation for regional branches.
  • Communicate and report performance progress to superior.
  • Develop strong and competent teams in the region, Motivate and work closely with team members to achieve the desired result.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).

- Professional credit certification or banking certification


  • Minimum 5 years working experience with the relevant exposures.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in leading teams and accountable for the performance and results of the teams.

 

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills with leadership qualities, self motivated, result oriented, and ability to work effectively with people from all levels.
