Description

Primary Objective:

Support the business strategy, vision and mission through the development and implementation of short and long term HR strategy in

  • Performance Management
  • Organizational Design
  • Compensation and Benefits

Responsible in inculcating high performance culture through effective performance management framework and competitive salary, rewards and benefits programs.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop HR strategies to build a high performing organization through the development / review and implementation of
    • effective performance management framework
    • competitive salary, rewards and benefits programs
  • Oversee the development of equitable compensation and benefits packages integrated with a transparent performance management system.
  • Oversee the creation, development and retention of a performance-driven workforce.
  • Ensure that Group HR policies are updated on an ongoing basis and improvement implemented to ensure its competitiveness.
  • Deliver valued results and to have the ability to create economies of scale for the service offered.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).



Minimum 10 years of experience in related role within industry and company.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, advocacy and political skills.
  • Strong customer service commitment for internal and external stakeholders.
