Perform a managerial role in supervising and liaising withthe Support Unit (consist of various Credit Application Officerfs) of the Business Developpment & Strategic Alliance team.
Oversees the entire process of loan submissions all the way to loan disbursement
Build an in-house digital dashboard to monitor the Loan Submission (by partners) → Loan Processing → Loan Approval / Rejection → Loan Acceptance (LOF) → Account Opening (Onboarding) → Loan Disbursement
Follow up closely by fixing up individual appointments with business partners and clients to drive the loan acceptance numbers and clients' onboarding
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to handle the incoming queries from the business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
Oversees the entire process form loan submission to loan acceptance using a digital dashboard
Identify, develop and lead engagements with prospective clients as well as key intermediaries in the industry
Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing clients
Update Unit Head on the Loan Submission on a weekly basis
Handle all inbound new business and pre-loan acceptance queries on daily basis
Cover the basic duties of the Business Development Managers when they are on off-site presentations
Drive loan acceptance numbers by actively engaging business partners and clients
Working with internal and external partners
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Credit Management, Credit Evaluations, Credit Ops, etc.) to facilitate the loan applications and deviations
Plan and firm up joint appointments with business partners and clients
Observe and suggest process improvements to drive the loan processing / loan disbursement numbers
Requirements
Requirements: Diploma - Diploma or Bachelor in Banking, Banking Administration or Economics.
5 years of relevant experience in retail banking, preferably with experience in secured and unsecured loan sales
High avchiever in previous capacity with no adverse sales or service related complaints in the past 12 months
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and a good team manager
Ability to engage key stakeholders (Internal/External)
