Description

Primary Objective:

Perform updates to Customer Risk Profiling (“CRP”) factors in the Core Banking System (“ICBA”)
Ensure the completeness of fields to be updated on the instructions and due approval is obtained
Archive the instructions in accordance to established guidelines and processes
Perform data extraction for Management Reporting, tracking and strategic planning purposes

Key Responsibilities:

Perform updates to CRP factors and last review date in ICBA.
Perform due diligence checks on the ICBA update instructions submitted by KYC analysts:

Ensure completeness of forms i.e. all relevant fields are updated;
Ensure approval from AML Ops checker is duly obtained for updates to CRP factors
Ensure approval from Business Unit Head or designate, is duly obtained for updates to customer’s last review date.

Update the ICBA Updating Template (Individual and Non-Individual) form to include new fields / delete obsolete fields
Perform data extraction for management reporting purposes, tracking of case statuses and strategic planning purposes.

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Business, Accounting, Finance and relevant disciplines.

- Preferably with AML professional qualifications/certifications

Preferably with at least 1-3 years of experience in AML Compliance in related industry, with knowledge of client onboarding AML, KYC and EDD.

Able to exercise sound judgment and possess critical thinking skills
Possess good writing and articulation skills
Self-driven, meticulous and with business acumen
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
