Description

Primary Objective:

  • Perform updates to Customer Risk Profiling (“CRP”) factors in the Core Banking System (“ICBA”)
  • Ensure the completeness of fields to be updated on the instructions and due approval is obtained
  • Archive the instructions in accordance to established guidelines and processes
  • Perform data extraction for Management Reporting, tracking and strategic planning purposes

 


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform updates to CRP factors and last review date in ICBA.
  2. Perform due diligence checks on the ICBA update instructions submitted by KYC analysts:
  • Ensure completeness of forms i.e. all relevant fields are updated;
  • Ensure approval from AML Ops checker is duly obtained for updates to CRP factors
  • Ensure approval from Business Unit Head or designate, is duly obtained for updates to customer’s last review date.
  1. Update the ICBA Updating Template (Individual and Non-Individual) form to include new fields / delete obsolete fields
  2. Perform data extraction for management reporting purposes, tracking of case statuses and strategic planning purposes.

 

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Business, Accounting, Finance and relevant disciplines.

- Preferably with AML professional qualifications/certifications

 

  • Preferably with at least 1-3 years of experience in AML Compliance in related industry, with knowledge of client onboarding AML, KYC and EDD.
