Carry out transaction processing for various channels
Manage transaction processing related queries and escalations
Manage cancellation and creation for all funds
Key Responsibilities:
Strong familiarity in processes and activities related to transaction processing.
Act as authorizer where required
Possess analytical and problem solving skills in resolving issues faced by team members
Act as reviewer for transaction processing to avoid oversight.
Be meticulous, detail-oriented and careful in numbers when performing checker role.
Be observant in ensuring completeness and timeliness in completion of tasks by team members.
Possess strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk and compliance requirements
Continuously drive improvements and enhancements to operational efficiency.
Provide cross support to other teams and sections within RHBAM Operations where required.
Requirements
Requirements: Diploma - • Degree or Diploma in Banking & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Project Management , Asset Management, Unit Holders Registry, Custodian, Company Acts and will verse in Microsoft Office..

4-5 years’ experience in related Financial Services Industries or Asset Management. Transfer agency knowledge would be added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office tools and RHBAM core systems
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
