- Identification of areas for RWA optimisation initiatives and managing the timeline and issues with respect to these initiatives
- Provision of risk opinion, if needed, on structuring of transactions from risk capital and RWA perspective.
- Formulation of a robust RWA reporting and analytics platform and tracking of RWA issues raised from the reporting and discussions.
- Reporting and analysis of RWA to Risk Committees and BODs.
- Involve in Credit-related projects.
Support the supervisor in developing and managing a robust RWA reporting and analytics platform.
- Conduct data investigation and track the progress on the issues raised through the RWA reporting.
- Perform comprehensive analytics on the RWA movement.
- Identify areas for RWA optimisation initiatives and quantify RWA impact for those RWA optimisation initiative identified.
- Drive the RWA optimisation initiatives to its completion.
- Develop and implement a proper tracking system for the RWA optimisation program including assisting the supervisor in providing progress update to key stakeholders.
- Review new product papers to ensure the capital impact and the operational concerns are taken into account.
- Perform peer-to-peer comparison to monitor the risk performance of the bank.
- Provide advice and conduct testing in Credit-related projects to its completion.
- Carry out the tasks as assigned by the supervisor with diligence and in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation of the governing policies and development of procedural manuals
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial institution, preferably in risk management and stress testing
