Primary Objective:
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end execution of the management programmes to support the RHB Learning & Development vision that is to bring the right learners and right learning opportunities together at the right time to produce breakthrough results for RHB Banking Group

    • Requirements
    Requirements:
    Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).



  • 7 - 9 years of overall experience in Learning & Development functionalities
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in the area of domain
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in managing a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using MsOffice suite to design and develop learning materials
