Primary Objective:

To assist with all compliance matters pertaining to Group Treasury & Global Markets (GTGM). To report to and assist the Lead, Governance Circle in GTGM.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist and advise on GTGM compliance regulatory matters in a quality and timely manner.
2. Provide periodical reports and/or reports on an ad-hoc basis for management notification/approval.
3. Conduct periodic review and audit of GTGM policies and procedures to ensure they remain relevant and updated in line with regulatory changes.
4. To perform and complete onboarding and ongoing  AML/KYC due diligence on correspondent banks and ensure all documents are updated based on timeline set.
5. Ensure all incoming AML assessment request sent by correspondent banks are attended to and responded on time.
6. Liaise with GWB Business Compliance, GWB Business Compliance, Group Compliance, Group Operational Risk, Group Internal Audit and regulators for audit and/or compliance matters relating to GTGM’s compliance matters in a timely and effective manner.
