Primary Objective:

Support in generating revenue
Ensure smooth running of corporate finance project execution, marketing / pitching
Assist in internal risk management / compliance matters

Key Responsibilities:

Assist department in meeting financial targets set by management
Origination and marketing of mandates, achieve deal count target
Managing the execution and delivery of mandates requirements, achieve deal count target
Ensuring all regulatory and internal rules and regulations are complied with
Keeping updated with latest industry developments, regulatory requirements
Promoting cross selling and expanding customers base
Promoting offering of innovative advisory solutions
Delivering quality customer services

Requirements

Requirements:
Diploma - Finance/Business/Economics/Accounting.

- CMFAS License

At least 5 years of corporate finance experience
Good technical knowledge on investment banking products, accounting, financial reporting
Good knowledge on regulatory requirements, such as SGX Rules, Take-over Code and Companies Act

Ability to work independently, in a team and also providing guidance to junior officers
Advance project management skills with a pro-business attitude
Meticulous in all his/her work
