Primary Objective:

Review & approve all PLM loans originate by BDM PLM and Mobile Hunter
Perform verification on accuracy of data and info
standardize the process for PLM credit approval within underwriting governance

Key Responsibilities:

Review & approve all PLM loans processed by ARM PLM.
Ensure ARM PLM up-sell and cross-sell of Bank’s products to customer to increase share of wallet.
Monitor / track asset quality & Enhanced Account Management (“EAM”) accounts.
Track and comply with post disbursement conditions.
Ensure ARM PLM review existing PLM accounts that failed Program Review on timely basis and to maintain zero expired review
Manage PLM team to ensure timely review submission, manage on-going customer profile and to ensure no lapses of operational and compliance issue for PLM accounts
Checking, recommending and approving new/additional/renewal/R&R of PLM accounts for the region.
Exercise DLA empowerment to approve and facilitate operational and administrative process in relation to the conduct of PLM account.

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).

Minimum 7 years of credit and marketing experience
Proven track record in marketing SME/SMI and commercial loans
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good financial and business analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
