Description

Primary Objective:
  • Review & approve all PLM loans originate by BDM PLM and Mobile Hunter
  • Perform verification on accuracy of data and info
  • standardize the process for PLM credit approval within underwriting governance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review & approve all PLM loans processed by ARM PLM.
  • Ensure ARM PLM up-sell and cross-sell of Bank’s products to customer to increase share of wallet.
  • Monitor / track asset quality & Enhanced Account Management (“EAM”) accounts.
  • Track and comply with post disbursement conditions.
  • Ensure ARM PLM review existing PLM accounts that failed Program Review on timely basis and to maintain zero expired review
  • Manage PLM team to ensure timely review submission, manage on-going customer profile and to ensure no lapses of operational and compliance issue for PLM accounts
  • Checking, recommending and approving new/additional/renewal/R&R of PLM accounts for the region.
  • Exercise DLA empowerment to approve and facilitate operational and administrative process in relation to the conduct of PLM account.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).



  • Minimum 7 years of credit and marketing experience
  • Proven track record in marketing SME/SMI and commercial loans
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good financial and business analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
