Primary Objective:

Oversees overall Bancassurance Commercial business nationwide
To assist Dept Head to achieve yearly production for Commercial business with business planning strategy and execute the plan to team members

Key Responsibilities:

To plan and execute strategy to run Commercial Business
To plan and launch sales campaign activity to boost sales to ensure target is meet
To service Corporate Agency and Commercial banking for central region.
To target on new business opportunity and maintaining existing account
To standardize the procedure for support function within the section
To submit the necessary reporting within the timeline
To target on cross selling/ referral from existing customer
To check and collect payment from customer to ensure Credit Control issue is up target set
Any other adhoc task

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - 1) Bachelor in Degree. Preferably in Banking/Economics/Finance/Insurance.

Minimum 3 years working experience in insurance industry

Sound knowledge of General insurance & Banking Products
