Description

Primary Objective:
  • Develop and enhance product proposition to attract new and retain existing customer base
  • Develop and enhance customer journey for affluent deposit products & Multi Currency Account to ensure seamless onboarding, engagement and drive transactional behaviors
  • Manage and deliver key business deliverables in products portfolio and initiatives by ensuring it’s compliance with all regulatory guidelines with respect to acquisition of new deposit and products offered to Bank customers.
  • Proposing, planning, managing & executing marketing plans & activities according to product strategy to meet Bank goals & objectives.
  • Management of existing products include conducting periodic / annual reviews and enhancements as and when required, monitoring of product performances and provide on-going support to the internal stakeholders in all matters related to products
  • Partner and work closely with respective internal & external stakeholders to implement new products/customer journeys to meet Bank objectives, support strategic direction and create new ideas & solutions.
  • Evaluating business processes & requirements, uncovering areas or improvement by developing and implementing solutions

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects


Key Responsibilities:

Consumer Deposits – Affluent and Premier Propositions

 

  • Improve & develop Consumer Deposit propositions to address customer’s needs surrounding CASA, FD and MCA
  • Develop and execute marketing communication plans and promotional strategy along with product positioning
  • Manage and monitor project implementations to ensure quality is delivered and ensuring business objectives are realized with approved project scope, timeline and budget
  • Collaborate with the respective stakeholders for product bundling in promoting the Deposit, Affluent deposits and premier adoption
  • Enhance and develop innovative processes and ideas directly related to affluent deposit activities to match the market developments and customer needs
  • Monitor and track deposits initiatives ROI, FX income and Net Interest Income (NII) to ensure balance deposits portfolio for optimal revenue.
  • Benchmark bank's products, services, fees and charges with our competitors by conducting product research and industry analysis on regular basis
  • Support our branch network in product, promotion and campaign related matters
  • Review and assess the product information page, terms and conditions to ensure consistency across all the channels
  • Review and assess product portfolio policies to ensure it’s in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies

 

Consumer Deposits – Multi Currency Account

  • Develop acquisition strategies for Consumer Deposits and identify business opportunities to ensure business objectives are met
  • Design, plan and implement end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition
  • Identify & develop new acquisition channels to ensure simple and seamless onboarding by customers
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive new channels of acquisition
  • Collaborate with Group Marketing to develop marketing strategies and plan to drive acquisition of MCA
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Must possess at least a bachelor Degree.



Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Banking with exposures in product development or marketing

  • Strong and effective team player

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Good analytical, planning and communication skills
