Description

Primary Objective:

  • Assist Circle Lead to drive CRM project implementation and advancement of strategies, plans and system in place to drive high productivity in sales closure and service resolution.
  • Conduct day-to-day administration of CRM systems including user access management / security administration, leads loading, problem logs reporting, user helpdesk, service request maintenance and system housekeeping duties.
  • Engage and clarify user requirement and pain points and suggest CRM functional usage or change request system enhancement to drive high user adoption and usage.

 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned tasks pertaining to managing CRM Implementation projects or change requests from business engagement, user requirement study, business support for development & testing, implementation & documentation.
  • Assist with reviewing & analyzing business needs to define & document functional requirements for CRM systems. Assist with translating conceptual user requirements into functional requirements that are clear & comprehensible to IT/technical & vendor project teams.
  • Actively explore and assess opportunities for improvement of results to improve CRM functionality and adoption and quality of deliverables.
  • Perform & support day-to-day support administration of CRM systems.
  • Perform leads / campaign loading for CRM.
  • Generation of PRs for departmental procurement & providing office administration support.
  • Perform train the trainer on CRM systems to internal users and collaborate with users and learning centre to develop training manuals.

 

Requirements

Requirements:

Possess university degree or equivalent in the field of IT/Computer Science/Information Systems, or Business Administration.

Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):

  • At least 2 years of working experience in implementing functional system projects in mid or large scale projects preferably in the banking & financial services industry.

Preferably with prior experience with CRM & CRM-related technology.

Other skills required:

- Strong problem solving skill to support issue resolution.

- Resourceful and able to leverage network effectively.

- Operates with focus of creating value for the customer and improving efficiency & effectiveness of the organization.

- Ability to collaborate with stakeholder across different business level to align on the same requirements.

- Ability to communicate opinions or views clearly verbally and through written communications.

- Well verse in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
