Description

Primary Objective:
  • Lead a team Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Consultant towards achievement of Islamic Personal Financing (PF-i) target.
  • Provide leadership and amanagement to Sales Consultants PF-i.
  • Assist BDM to foster relationship with government agencies and pensioner related associations

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximise sales and achieve targets & busienss KPIs

Sales Management

  • Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staff
  • Personally solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objectives/sales are maximized
  • motivate, guide and coach sales staff
  • Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaigns
  • Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales
  • Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts
  • Cross selling of other retail banking such as ASB, PF-i, Credit Cards and etc.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank
  • Oversight on code of ethic of ASM/SC PF of sales process and activities

Staff Management

  • Jointly plan for recruitment and retention of sales personnel
  • Motivate, coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance

Customer Service Management

  • Anticipates customers' needs to deliver quality service, customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).



Minimum 3 years experience in sales and management.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills (local knowledge and dialect is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of sales operation & banking products
  • Experience in sales management and leading sales team
  • Winning attitude, success driven, self-initiated and able to work independently
  • Good track record of sales achievement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
  • Ability to relate and connect to local community
