• Provide transportation services for Country Head Singapore & all RHB entities’ assignments, and maintain company vehicles in good working condition to ensure safe & on-time arrival at destination.
• The driver will share workload with the other driver(s) across Country Head Singapore & all RHB entities’ assignments
• The driver is expected to experience overtime when the Country Head or other assignments (eg Bank events or customer dinners) and is entitled to claims as per RHB HR policies

Vehicle Operation  

• Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner  
• Provides transportation in a punctual manner  
• The driver will share workload with the other driver(s) across Country Head Singapore & all RHB entities’ assignments
• The driver is expected to work overtime when the Country Head or other assignments (eg Bank events or customer dinners) and is entitled to claims as per RHB HR policies

Vehicle Maintenance

• Keeps the assigned vehicle clean inside and outside      
• Fuels the assigned vehicle  
• Performs minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle as required  
• Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management    
• Coordinates the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management and staff to minimize service interruptions
