Description

Primary Objective:

Acquire new to Premier (NTP) customer to achieve sales/revenue/AUM targets assigned by the Bank and contribute towards the overall Premier Banking targets
 To promote and professionally sell a range of wealth, investment and banca products to existing and potential customers
 Prepare and provide sound advisory on wealth and financial planning
 Maintain regular contacts and enhance banking relationship with customers for higher share of customers’ wallet
 Participate in branch/region/Bank sales activities and campaigns to achieve deliverables
 Guide and mentor new and existing Relationship Managers


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning & Activities
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank’s leads
(LMS) and self-generated leads
• Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at PBC/branch/region on
sales activities/campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
• Prepare and provide investment & wealth financial advisory and assistance to customers for
their investment/wealth portfolio management
• Periodic review of customers’ investment portfolio and increase AUM
• Plan and identify cross selling/up selling to increase customers’ PHR and revenue
• Set appointments, sales visitations, prospecting and engagement with customers
Sales Management
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referrals
• Work closely with Centre Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales
activities, promotion and campaigns
• Prepare and monitor sales performance and competitors analysis to Management
• Compliance to Bank’s policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics
Peer Support
• As a mentor to provide guidance to other Relationship Managers

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).



Relevant experience & exposure to Wealth Management and financial products

PC / Microsoft Office literate with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skill
Possess pleasant personality and versatile
Able to interac t with customers from all walks of life
Confident and sociable in character
