Primary Objective:

Execute and excel Bank’s business strategies for Asset and Liabilities growth through Retail products
Self-develop Providing strategic to execute and excel growth to the Retail Asset and Liabilities portfolio.
Execute and Excel comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement Retail loan Asset & Liabilities growth via Retail products
Ensure that Asset and Liability Management exposures are identified where necessary keep Retail non-performing loan to a minimal.
Provide analytical expertise for assessing the financial impact of Retail Products, strategies, initiatives on Bank’s long term growth

Key Responsibilities:

To acquire for new Retail customer for Retail Loan, Casa and Fee income growth in line with the bank’s sales strategy development and implementation.
To achieve sales targets for Retail Loan, Casa and Fee income growth through acquiring for NTB and NTP Retail customer.
To enhance the Bank’s share of wallet through the continuous developing knowledge of the products and services being offered.
To have a good knowledge of their industry’s climate and competition to effectively achieve a competitive edge within industry.
To reach individual sales goals and encourage team members to work along.
Perform credit review to proactively monitor credit quality through early problem loan recognition & implement appropriate strategies to prevent or minimize loan default/ NPL.
Ensure increase facility utilization rate among current Retail customers to increase Casa and Fee income growth.
To meet customer service standards set by the department & to achieve good market practice through customer satisfaction rating.

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.

Minimum 1-3 years Retail banking experience with good business network and proven track record of acquiring new business accounts
Minimum 1-3 years working experience in credit with exposure to credit risk management and commercial / corporate including credit processing, evaluation and appraisal
Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills

Able to work in a high pressure environment as well as in a team
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen
