Primary Objective:

Develop and execute effective strategies and initiatives around the RHB employee value propositions to drive employee engagement, productivity and fulfilment to create a workplace in which every employee feels valued, connected, and inspired.


Key Responsibilities:

Drive Winning Culture

 

  • Help build and drive a winning culture and adoption based on RHB culture component to embed the right behaviors to support organisational values
  • To define and communicate RHB Culture Components narrative in a fashion that fosters clarity in vision and strategy, consistently communicated to the mass.
  • Collaborate and engage with business leaders to develop and execute People and Culture strategies and activities that foster growth, drive results, increase employee satisfaction and sense of belonging, and increase organizational effectiveness.
  • To support the creation of employee experience and ecosystem in each processes that reinforces ‘Living the RHB Culture’.

 

Employee Wellbeing and Relations

 

  • Develop and communicate proactive approaches to well-being in the organisation in order covering physical, mental and financial wellbeing
  • Measure employee wellbeing and evaluate workplace wellbeing programs and initiatives.

 

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

 

  • Support the establishment of a D&I roadmap based on Group’s D&I Statement targeting different employee segments and demographics
  • Develop and execute the DEI strategy; define organization-wide roles and accountabilities for DEI
  • Foster, advocate and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Perform analysis of work practices and processes to uncover systemic barriers.

 

 

 

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - • Degree in HR management or related/equivalent field• Minimum 8 years of experience in employee experience, engagement, relations and other HR management roles. • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategy• Track record of developing positive organisational/culture change initiatives.



  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong planning, organizing and analytical skills
  • Strategic thinker, proactive, able to multi-task
  • Able to build relationships with strong diplomacy, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategy
  • Possesses a strategic mindset with a relentless focus on execution
  • Strong desire to build relationships, work as a team, keep a positive attitude and embody the values of RHB culture components.
