The primary role of the Unit Head is to achieve the sales target set by Regional Head of Family Office.
The Unit Head is expected to establish and develop relationships by providing a high level of bespoke services and solutions of the Ultra High Net Worth clients' Financial, Investment and Personal needs.
The Unit Head is expected to lead a team of Relationship Banker to provide bespoke services and solutions to the High Net Worth clients' Financial, Investment and Personal needs.
The Unit Head is to provide solutions and supports to ensure smooth running of the entire end-to-end business activities of Family Office.
The Unit Head is to manage client experience and expectation i.e. clients’ wealth and no major complaint lead to financial loses and litigation
The Unit Head is to assists in business process review and develop processes to build the business, help close gaps among various stakeholders
Action – To set clear and achievable action plans for both the onboarding of new clienteles and sales target set
Object – To work closely with Regional Head of Family Office on prospecting and networking ideas to generate business opportunities
Results – To onboard new client as set by Regional Head of Family Office
Action – To work collaboratively with CIOs and all other product owners and generate and investment portfolio that are aligned to all the clientele needs
Object – To be able to execute the investment strategies and proactively review and manage the investment portfolios
Results – To generate AUM & Revenue target set by Reginal Head of Family Office
Action – To manage clients’ wealth holistically and ensuring all their financial and Investment needs including financial standing, financial goals and risk tolerance are appropriately aligned
Object – To handle all clients requirements professionally and in a timely manner in line with RHB Family Office service standards
Results – Maximize the business growth and share of wallet from the client
Action – To comply with Policies & Procedures, Code of Conduct and all regulations/Notices/Guidelines issued by Bank Negara Malaysia, Securities Commission of Malaysia and Bursa Malaysia
Object – To complete all the training and licensing requirements to be able to sell and conduct business under RHBAM
Results – Establish credibility and highest standards of personal and professional integrity within the business and with clientele. Zero tolerance on non-compliance.
At least 5-7 years in a private banker / relationship manager position
Relevant experience in Private Wealth and Family Office
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills
Good people management skills
Possess strong sales and service skills
