Description

Primary Objective:
  • Collaborate with Head, CCRIS Project and Head CCRIS to ensure the timely submission of weekly and month-end CCRIS data files to BNM, respond to CCRIS data  verification queries within the timeline set, attend to the data rectification for RHB Bank & RHB Islamic Bank.
  • Involved in CCRIS projects for compliance with BNM
  • Collaborate with Team Member, CCRIS Unit and business units relating to CCRIS matters.
  • Handle CCRIS projects which includes enhancement to current BAU issues and enhancement for regulatory requirement.
  • Assist Head, CCRIS project to manage the functions of Security Administrator.
  • Manage the monthly SREF (or another SREF from BNM) submission and compilation from all the departments

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform as the Bank’s and RHBIB’s Liaison Officer and deal with BNM on all CCRIS matters.
  • Assure that the Bank & RHBIB complies with  CCRIS Guidelines and timeline for data submission to BNM on weekly and month-end basis
  • Assure all CCRIS data verification queries are attended to and responded to BNM within the specified timelines.
  • Review the data rectification on all rejected data from BNM Report to Head CCRIS Projects to initiate change requests to IT for program fixes to improve the data quality, participate in UATs.
  • Participate in the Bank’s new projects or enhancement to systems which have impact on CCRIS and conduct UATs to ensure that the enhancements and data extraction program changes meet CCRIS reporting requirements.
  • Specify any security breaches committed by the Bank’s CCRIS Users to Head of CCRIS Projects for onward reporting to management.
  • Ensure monthly submission of SREF is on timely basis.
  • Perform guidance and on-the-job training to staff of the unit on CCRIS matters and new reporting requirements.
  • Administer CCRIS projects which includes enhancement to current BAU issues and enhancement for regulatory requirement.
Requirements
Requirements:



Minimum 3 years experience in credit administration / finance/CCRIS

  • Good knowledge of CCRIS guidelines & procedures, BNM GP3 and Bank’s banking practices.
  • Good knowledge of Bank’s loan application system, NPL system and CCRIS mechanism.
  • Good skills in SQL programming, data discovery & query tools.
  • Good analytical and assessment skills
