Description

Primary Objective:
  • Actively engage stakeholder on on-going support requirements
  • Manage and monitor bot operations e.g. scheduling and ad-hoc run
  • Optimise bot utilization in business for optimum performance
  • Provide user support to IPA Process Owners and ensure effective collaboration between business and IT

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Actively engage stakeholder on on-going support requirements
    • Reach out to Process Owner to identify area of improvements in supports provided by IPA.
    • Engage with Process Owner to ensure support expectations are well managed.

 

 

  1. Manage and monitor bot operations e.g. scheduling and ad-hoc run
    • Manage schedule, ad-hoc run, Bot setup, installation, credential management, environment, configurations.
    • Work with IT, Business operation and RPA development team as needed to resolve production related issues and provide future stability.
    • Ensure risk and compliance on Bot managements are adhered to.

 

 

  1. Optimise bot utilization in business for optimum performance
    • Closely monitor performance of Bots.
    • Perform investigation on exceptions in Bot processes.
    • Provide analysis on Business and System exceptions.
    • Propose ways to minimize exceptions with concrete investigation outcomes.
    • Improvise and manage availability & performance of production environment.

 

  1. Provide user support to IPA Process Owners and ensure effective collaboration between business and IT
    • Respond to Process Owner on issue raised within the agreed timeline.
    • Perform investigation to identify root cause of issues.
    • Troubleshoot and fix issues within the capability of L1 support.
    • Communicate to Process Owners on the status of issues.
    • Notify business with any downtime, ability to switch to BCP during any downtime
    • Provide support on application patches and upgrade, load test and configuration changes
    • Ability to be on call and provide off-site support out of office hours, weekend and public holidays.
Requirements

Requirements:
Certificate - IT preferred.

- • .Net / C++ / C# / MS SQL server added advantage
- • .UiPath Developer Certified added advantage

 

 

 

  • More than 5 years’ experience in IT support function.
  • Understanding new emerging technologies in automation area – UiPath is an added advantage

 

 

 

  1. Interpersonal and communication skills
  2. Good analytical and problem solving skills
  3. Strong knowledge in Windows OS/server functions
  4. Strong technical skillsets in problem solving, testing and support
