Description

Primary Objective:
  • Work closely with Circle Lead to strategies, oversee and administer Medical Management to achieve GHR’s vision and goals.
  • Collaborate to deliver HR Solutions and Advisory to business units and support internal HR colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with Group Policies and Procedures and Regulatory requirements
  • Drive efficient processes and procedures to ensure appropriate controls are maintained and service standards are achieved
  • Provide support, advise and resolution of queries on all Medical and GPA/GTL related matters

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall management of the Medical Managements.
  • To offer support to members of the Unit and encourage their continuous development.
  • To ensure the Unit is up-to-date and meet with all of the aspects of Internal Policies, Procedures and Guideline.
  • To represent Circle Lead at HoD, Working Committee and other Cross Functional meetings, and to disseminate relevant information to members of the Unit
  • To propose and manage related Medical Management’s budget and resources to ensure the efficient and effective use of all resources.
  • Oversee the overall operations of medical and insurance administration
  • Manage & ensure all processes are compliance with statutory and internal HR rules and regulations.
  • Prepare proposal paper for medical and insurance renewal and claims by staff Manage, respond and resolve staff issues relating to medical and insurance in a timely manner
  • Notify insurance companies on potential claim in a timely manner & manage database on medical/insurance for efficient monitoring.
  • Monitor and ensure monthly enrollment & termination to medical & insurance providers
  • Verify all bills for payment and ensure timely & accuracy of medical and insurance payment to respective parties
  • Exercise discretion in processing documents / information of a confidential nature
  • Closely monitor the SLA of processes.
  • Review & initiate process improvement

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Degree holder in any discipline.



  • Minimum 5 years working experience in related field
  • Hands-on and sound knowledge of Employment Laws and best practices, as well as staff benefits administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results oriented
  • Good interpersonal and able to interact with people of all levels
  • Meticulous, team player and able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions
  • Maturity to handle confidential information
