Develop of short term and long term business planning and strategies for GAM
Carry out market research and competitive analysis to drive business growth.
Utilize design thinking process to develop strategy around customer / market needs and trend
Monitor and report cross-selling initiatives internal and external to GAM
Optimise existing end-to-end customer journeys and improve the customer experience. Ensure consistency in journey design when multiple squads impact the same customer journey
Facilitate brainstorming sessions, follow-up with leadership within GAM to obtain and compile strategies and action items arising from management meetings/ request
Together with Squad Lead, plan for operationalization and scaling up developed solutions
Support Squad Lead to ensure alignment to journey vision and key goals
Administers facilitation of projects within GAM (as and when required) by coordinating project timelines and ensuring deliverables are met within the Group.
Preparation of monthly reporting to senior management on various committees i.e. GMC, BOD, MANCO, HOD etc.
Obtaining data/info from respective teams within GAM
Key liaison PIC to provide write-ups, financial info to RHB Group (Annual reports, regulator requests, etc)
Coordinate staff engagement sessions within all entities in GAM, by liaising with presenters on topics/ presentation materials and working committee to obtain feedback post session to improve future sessions
Work with Group Strategy, GRB etc on cross-selling initiatives
Conduct research, trend analysis and market intelligence; business, industry, competitor and customer and generate insight, manage information, identify trends to assist decision making.
Responsible for collating data with internal/ external stakeholders through collaboration, interviews, research to support strategic initiatives
Requirements: Bachelor Degree - business or other related disciplines..
4-5 years’ of relevant experience in asset management
Financial industry sales/consulting experience an added advantage
