To support Head of Group Corporate Banking & Retail Financial Services (GCB&RFS) to meet goals of the GCB&RFS of  timely review of conventional banking documentation and documentation –related advisory work

• Overall responsible for reviewing of conventional banking documentation and documentation within –related advisory work within agreed SLAs

• Liaison between Group Legal and relevant business / functional groups within Corporate Banking, Business Banking and Retail Financial Services;
• Liaison between Group Legal and Group Procurement & Services on matters relating to tenancy agreement;

• Monitors the group panel of solicitors and all matters pertaining to the use of panel and non-panel solicitors;
• Monitors the group attorneys and all matters pertaining to attorneys of the RHB Banking Group;
