Description

Primary Objective:

 

        Responsible for the growth and achieving Bancassurance targets agreed with business partners

 

        Management of distribution channels based on regions/category

        Provide support in terms of sales planning, product and sales training, product support and services, deliver and manage feedback from Sales.

        Develop product and sales training presentation slides and material with the support from business partners

        Conduct product training to the field force together with business partners

•          Involve in marketing and sales strategy planning, short term and long term sales drive.

•          Monitoring respective regions’ sales target and sales drive activities.

•          Coach associate specialist and specialist of Investors Bancassurance


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning

        Works closely with business partners on Sales Campaign and Production

        Works with business partners in developing marketing Strategy to achieve Sales Target

        Branch/ sales personnel visitation.

        Sales process and Campaign Management

Business performance

        Manage Sales Performance and Production , Sales Activities

        Works closely with Bank Branch managers  to  promote Insurance Sales and Awareness, built rapport with Branches, Areas ad regions  to increase Insurance Cross Sell

        Assist Head of Banca to identify opportunities and enhance product bundling for cross selling and up selling efforts.

        Manage Premium persistency and Incentive programs, monitor sales performance and execute campaign in order to increase sales.

        Planning,  developing and implementing training activities for bank sales staff  and internal support staff on new products to be launched

        Proposing and implementing promotional sales campaigns aimed at growing new sales 

        Anticipate,  research and report on future trends, and ensure such knowledge is factored into the planning of Company’s own strategy, resources and procedures

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).

- PCE and CEILI Qualified will be an addedadvantage


        Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the insurance and  banking  industry

        Good Personal and communication skill

        Knowledge in both Insurance/Takaful products and Banking products

        Excellent interpersonal and relationship skill
